Update - Change of Court Responsibilities for my company group, that 
I am building:

Europe WINTOUT Austria (because of Corruption)
Corrupt Austria and corrupt austrian State Courts are only valid, if they pay me my
my company damage caused by the Austrian State together with State Firms and Courts
within all instances.


Point 2.1: Traffic Monitoring - Update:

These penalties are very high, and are reduced 
within possible law cases. The benefit of 
companies is the global market value. This is
sometimes higher, but too often lower.
The damage is the global possible market value for 
copanies and state companies. 
This is the damage for my company for each year.
Thius is the highest possible damage for a year, that 
can be caused and is calculated within the global market value
in case of a misusage. This market value must get paid 
to the Company, minus 30% in case of violation.


Point 2.0.2: Rights, usage and copyright / penalties: 

These penalties are very high, and are reduced 
within possible law cases. The benefit of 
companies is the global market value. This is
sometimes higher, but too often lower.
The damage is the global possible market value for 
copanies and state companies. 
This is the damage for my company for each year.
Thius is the highest possible damage for a year, that 
can be caused and is calculated within the global market value
in case of a misusage. This market value must get paid 
to the Company, minus 30% in case of violation.


Document Version 1.9:

Each company globally automatically accepts and did accept, 
if a violation against the terms is made, by one of the employees
of this company, to pay to Hermann Helbok 51% - 80% of the shares
of the company. This includes too, if data are given to third
persons or companies, that work at third companies, 
these companies accepted too automatically, including each
company, that is created based on the violation of the Terms,
to pay 51% - 80% shares on the company, third company
and each company that is directly or indrectly involved,
and where violations of these terms are made. This is automatically
accepted by each company and each person worldwide.
This includes too the acceptance of stealing my company 
products and data with my global operating revenue damage of 700 Bil USD/EUR/USD
global operating revenue 2015 at least only this years.
This is done by stealing my company products with getting richter
by companies and state companies together with investors.
This is stealing with criminal laws to get richer.

Based on the violation against my terms, the company shares must
get given to my company and in additional way, the boards must
go to jail forever. Furthermore all illegaly earned money that has
been stolen within stealing is accused by me, and this is too a 
violation against my company terms. This includes too the 
earnings of each shareholder. This includes too the global damage
based on the global market value of my stolen products 
and company data, as this is a fact too. Based on my terms, and the
global acceptance of my terms, each companies agrees automatically to give
me the shares based on my stolen company products.

Document Version 1.8 - Outsourcing Fraud:

Each company, that does directly or indirectly outsourcing fraud
against Hermann Helbok or steals any data or accepts to pay
Hermann helbok a penalty of 100 Mil USD/EUR or at least 51 - 80% 
of the shares of each company is given to Hermann Helbok
as accepted by all companies, distributors and persons 
worldwide, that is done in the outsourcing area since 2000
agaist Hermann Helboks company every day.



Document Version 1.7 - Killing data on top:

For each try to kill my person, at least 100 Mil USD/EUR is paid to Hermann Helbok as penalty
by done companies and state companies. Each person, that tries to kill Hermann Helbok, 
directly with flat owners, rental persons or by flat owners themselves
or company owners, must pay a penalty of at least the salary of 2 - 3 years and must give
to Hermann Helbok too Flats, Company Shares and all additional values, that the 
Person owns, that does this, and does not cease to do these illegal activities.
Each company, that is directly or indirectly involved into killing my person 
and the try to kill Hermann Helbok, is involved, and that does not cease
to do these illegal activities. This includes the creation of emissions including
smoking too and Emissions, that kill Hermann Helbok. 
Each company, that is involved directly or indirectly to Kill Hermann Helbok
or to try to kill Hermann Helbok accepts to pay a penalty to Hermann Helbok
and at least 51 - 80% of the shares of the company or 100 Mil EUR, that is involved
and does not cease these illegal activities. Companies and State companies 
do this and kill Hermann Helbok with an advantage for the companies
and a massive disadvantage for Hermann Helbok. This has never been
ceased by state companies and companies togehter with flat owners
and rental persons and company employees and by companies unfortunately and these are
the facts unfortunately.

For each breakin into my company office, a penalty of at least 100 Mil USD/EUR
is paid from each company involved, or at least 51% - 80% shares on all
involved companies. This is too accepted by each company and person automatically.

For each misusage, the global market value or 51% - 80% of each 
company or at least 100 Mil USD/EUR is paid to Hermann Helbok as penalty,
and this is accepted from all persons and companies gobally automatically.

Each persons accepts to pay a penalty to Hermann Helbok
of 100.000 - 300.000 USD/EUR 
in case of each violation of the terms here and the general terms
including each company will pay at least 100 Mil USD/EUR or
51-80% of the shares of the involved company to Hermann Helbok.

All these terms are automatically accepted by all persons and companies
worldwide.

Each company that will be created in the future accepts too the terms
and all penalties.

Hermann Helbok has all rights on his spoken words,
all documents and all communication data, that are sent
from Hermann Helbok to companies or persons 
or received from persons or companies.

Companies and state companies are companies.

Each document, token, communication data,
product design, source code, management strategy,
product, spoken word, telecommunication data, and any
other data related to Hermann Helbok
are the property of Hermann Helbok and the Company e-soft Helbok Hermann.
Each data etc. has a value of at least 100 Mil USD.

Each company, that receives any data from the Hermann Helbok,
or sends Data to Hermann Helbok accepts this penalty
and these additional terms automatically.
Each company, that receives information, accepts the terms
and these terms. Each data etc. has a value of at least 100 Mil USD.

Each document, that the company e-soft Helbok Hermann
receives or sends, has a value of at least 100 Mil USD.

Each spoken word of Hermann Helbok 
has a value of at least 100 Mil USD (possible stealing of 
product data mentioned by Hermann Helbok).

Violation of the Identity and Name of Hermann Helbok
by companies and state companies to act against
Hermann Helbok. Penalty: 100 Mil USD/EUR for each
case for each violation and identity misusage
and name misusage of Hermann Helbok.


Each serivce, contract and each change, that is made
not by myself but by companies and their employees and has 
not authorized by Hermann Helbok within any of my contracts 
result to a penalty of 100 Mil USD payable to Hermann Helbok
by the companies. This isi too automatically agreed by all companies.


Each bank, that refueses to make my financial transaction
or any financial transaction of my company, must pay a penalty of 100 Mil USD/EUR
to Hermann Helbok.

Each letter or any document that the company e-soft Helbok Hermann
receives or sends, has a value of at least 100 Mil USD.

Each phone number, that the company e-soft Helbok Hermann
receives or sends, has a value of at least 100 Mil USD.

Each spoken Word, Letter, Telekommunication Data or fragment,
Received or sent Document, Fax, and each bank data
and financial transaction has a value of at least 100 Mil USD.

Each over any network (telco, banking, speaking, 
financial transaction, email, fax, letter, or any other network 
transmittet data) of Hermann Helbok belong to Hermann Helbok
and its company.

If anything or parts of any data are stolen or given
to third persons or companies, 
a penalty of at least 100 Mil USD is paid 
to the company e-soft Helbok Hermann or Hermann Helbok
and from any company, that is created based on the stolen
data of Hermann Helbok.

Each token in the company office of Hermann Helbok
has a value of least 100 Mil USD, even if the 
value is less, than this value.

Any violation to these terms result to this penalty 
of at least 100 Mil USD, that is paid to Hermann Helbok
immedeately by each company, that steals company data
of Hermann Helbok or that uses company data for its
benefit. Each company, that steals data from Hermann Helbok
accepts to give Hermann Helbok between 51 - 81% of the
company value, if any data of Hermann Helbok results
to a benefit of any company on data from Hermann Helbok.

Violation is the stealing or usage of any data of 
Hermann Helbok for the benefit of companies.

Any data received by illegal surveillance against
Hermann Helbok will result in a penalty
of 100 Mil USD/EUR for each illegal surveillance.
This includes too illegal surveillance of the company
office. 

Each company accepts to pay 10 Mil USD/EUR at least for each reputation damage
action against Hermann Helbok. Each person accepts to pay
for each reputation damage against Hermann Helbok a
salary of a year.

Each company accepts to pay 10 Mil USD/EUR at least for each mobbing or stalking action
action against Hermann Helbok. Each person accepts to pay
for each mobbing or stalking action against Hermann Helbok a
salary of a year.

Each persons, that tries to kill Hermann Helbok 
accepts to pay 600 USD/EUR per day to Hermann Helbok.
Each company, that is involved, accepts to pay at
least 100 Mil USD/EUR to Hermann Helbok because
of the knowledge and this involvement too.

Each company accepts to pay 100 Mil USD/EUR at least for corruption
against Hermann Helbok, if done.

Each company accepts to pay 100 Mil USD/EUR at least for lobbyism
against Hermann Helbok, if done.

Each company accepts to pay 100 Mil USD/EUR at least for mobbing
against Hermann Helbok, if done.

Each company accepts to pay 100 Mil USD/EUR at least for stalking
against Hermann Helbok, if done.

Each company accepts to pay 100 Mil USD/EUR at least for illegal surveillance
against Hermann Helbok, if done.

Each company accepts to pay 100 Mil USD/EUR at least for illegal electronical surveillance
against Hermann Helbok, if done. This is done every day by the neighbors together
with companies and state comapnies.

Amtsmissbrauch: 
Each company accepts to pay 100 Mil USD/EUR at least for this illegal activity.


Each company, that sends data to Hermann Helbok or receives
data from Hermann Helbok accepts the terms and this additional 
terms document.

Each company, that steals a spoken word of Hermann Helbok
to have a benefit, accepts to pay 100 Mil USD/EUR at least
and at least 51 - 80% of the shares of the company, that
has a benefit on Hermann Helboks spoken word.

Each company, that steals a document, or part of it, of Hermann Helbok
to have a benefit, accepts to pay 100 Mil USD/EUR at least
and at least 51 - 80% of the shares of the company, that
has a benefit on Hermann Helboks document, or part of it.

Each company, that steals a telecommunication data, or a part of it, of Hermann Helbok
to have a benefit, accepts to pay 100 Mil USD/EUR at least
and at least 51 - 80% of the shares of the company, that
has a benefit on Hermann Helboks telecommunication data, or part of it.

Each company, that steals financial data, or a part of it, of Hermann Helbok
to have a benefit, accepts to pay 100 Mil USD/EUR at least
and at least 51 - 80% of the shares of the company, that
has a benefit on Hermann Helboks financial, or part of it.

Each company, that steals fax, email, or a part of it, of Hermann Helbok
to have a benefit, accepts to pay 100 Mil USD/EUR at least
and at least 51 - 80% of the shares of the company, that
has a benefit on Hermann Helboks fax, email, or part of it.

Each company, that works against Hermann Helbok
to have a benefit, accepts to pay 100 Mil USD/EUR at least
and at least 51 - 80% of the shares of the company, that
works against Hermann Helbok or that does anything
against Hermann Helbok.

Each company, that hacks Hermann Helboks IT Infrastructure
to have a benefit, accepts to pay 100 Mil USD/EUR at least
and at least 51 - 80% of the shares of the company, that
hacks Hermann Helboks IT Infrastructure.

These additional terms are automatically accepted by all
companies globally and persons globally. Each person 
and company globally accepts these terms automatically.
Any data, that are given to third, and where indirectly or directly
financial benefits are gained, result into a payment
of 51-80% of the company value of each company
or company division that are created based on
stealing Hermann Helboks data.

Each data from Hermann Helbok, that
all belong to Hermann Helbok, and are stolen, result
in a disadvantage and damage against Hermann Helbok. 
In case of giving data to third companies or persons, each
company accepts to pay 100 Mil USD/EUR at least
and at least 51 - 80% of the shares of the company, that
is stealing any incoming or outgoing communication data
of Hermann Helbok. The damage for Hermann Helbok
is the global reachable global revenue. This value
is the value, that must is paid to Hermann Helbok.

der kompletten jeglichen eingehenden und ausgehenden Kommunikationsdaten meiner Firma, wofür diese Pönale auch gilt und von jeder Firma
akzeptiert wird.
